The pillow has a very bad smell to it, not a problem after awhile. Problem is the pillow is not full and is only good if you fold it in half. It is not overly soft compared to cheap pillows. Not worth the money. Very unhappy I spent so much money on a low quality pillow.

The pillow is as described and very high quality. in the past, when i bought a down feather pillow, I always purchased one level more firm than I wanted because down has a way of collapsing over time. In a month of using this pillow it is still just as plump and firm as the day it arrived. I am not able to use it for sleeping but it does make a very good prop for watching tv or reading in bed before going to sleep, so for that reason, I kept it. If you want a plump firm high quality pillow, this is the one I recommend. I tend to be a side sleeper and occasional stomach sleeper and this puts a kink in my neck. I am rating it 5 stars because it is exactly what it describes itself to be.

This is what I have needed for years!!! This pillow is an outstanding quality product, very firm yet VERY VERY comfortable, I sleep so much better now, really. Does not flatten and stays fluffed. I highly recommend these and will take one of the two I bought on road trips with me for sure!!! It is clear these are well made and worth every penny I paid. Other pillows of this quality cost much more and I know, without a doubt, this is a great deal! I am now ordering two more, I wouldn’t do that unless I was totally happy with these two first ones. My neck and shoulders feel much better. I also like the fact the pillows themselves are washable (in addition to the zip-covers). I am confident these will last for many years. I have now received FOUR of these and I don’t understand the one comment about the initial “smell”, mine are fine. Also, the person saying these took forever, my four came in two separate orders almost at the speed of light, mystified at that but REAL happy with these from my side here.
