ok every time i bend down to get something for a few minutes to pick something up or tie my shoe i come back up my back hurts like a pain that makes me want to lay down same when i sit down on my bed i try to ease the pain by putting two pillows behind me, im healthy and active all the time but no sport i play would make my back hurt, its just when i bend down for a few minutes and sit down without two pillows making it comfortable
